Gerhardt Experts Join T.F. Hudgins

Concurrent with the acquisition of the pump business, T.F. Hudgins announced the addition of a number of key personnel with extensive experience in engineering, sales and support of Gerhardt pumps.

Included are veteran Lubrication Sales Engineer Don Devins and a knowledgeable staff of manufacturing and service personnel. The Gerhardt service center will operate within the recently expanded T.F. Hudgins facility in New Orleans.

About Gerhardt Pumps

Originally developed by Gerhardt's, Inc., in the early 1960's and marketed as the Model PE AD, the Gerhardt pump business was subsequently sold to Wärtsilä Corporation, a supplier of propulsion solutions and power generation plants. The Gerhardt pump has been a mainstay in industrial applications, especially in pipeline compressors and industrial mixers used for compounding rubber and plastics. Ten's of thousands of units have been sold worldwide.

A unique advantage of the Gerhardt pump is that it can be supplied with up to four cylinders, each of which can deliver a different lubricant for either lube oil or process oil service.
