C. Lee Cook, A Dover Company, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Hyper Products & Services, Inc., a repair and manufacturing facility for reciprocating equipment located near Houston, Texas. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The purchase of Hyper Products assets includes a variety of specialized equipment for the repair and manufacturing of heavy-duty compressor and natural gas engine components, as well as an extensive database of drawings and specifications for compression equipment.
